The website iriscolors.fr is published by Iris Eouzan, a painter trading as IrisColors, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered under SIRET number 838 328 938 00017, based in the Loire department (42), France. Contact: contact [a] iriscolors.fr.<\/p>\n

2. Scope<\/h2>\n

These terms and conditions of sale apply to every order placed on iriscolors.fr by a consumer: original paintings, prints, other items and custom portraits. Placing an order means accepting them. The applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order.<\/p>\n

3. Products<\/h2>\n

Each product is presented with its main characteristics (technique, support, dimensions). Photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly from one screen to another. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces, sold subject to availability.<\/p>\n

4. Prices<\/h2>\n

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Shipping costs are shown in the cart before payment: free in France from \u20ac100, calculated by destination in all other cases. Outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes are paid by the buyer. Prices quoted for a custom portrait are guaranteed for 2 months from the date they are sent.<\/p>\n

5. Orders<\/h2>\n

Orders are confirmed by email. IrisColors may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an availability, payment or foreseeable delivery problem; the buyer is informed immediately and refunded where applicable.<\/p>\n
